You have probably realized that one of my favorite items is the oversized coat: essential, glam and very versatile.
The oversize appeared for the first time in the ’20s and has been continually revisited with very different results, from jeans jacket to the rams, from the capes to the classic loden. I assure you that searching out the wardrobe of your parents, grandparents or (why not!) boyfriends, you will find some oversized clothes to immediately customize and wear.
But now we come to us .. In today’s post I wear a vintage Max Mara coat purchased at least 20 years ago by my mother that I literally fell in love and decided to combine it with a truly minimalist look: pencil skirt and lurex turtleneck. I completed the mix with a simple and essential hat and a pair of ankle boots with heels super comfortable to wear every day.
Another idea to wear a classic over coat is to pair it with jeans, white t-shirt and sneakers for a casual and comfortable look! But be careful, if you are a curvy woman, do not exceed with the over clothes and if you really want to wear a wide oversized coat , you can pair it with skinny jeans or a sheath dress that beams your curves !
